When you say that you have to go, then leave the channel in less than three seconds. It got this name because Strato commonly does this. For example:

[04:35:30 PM] < Stratn > byu
[04:35:31 PM] * Stratn has left #jj2
jcf profile - edit entry - delete entry
Add Information to "stratoing"
