Well, some of those aren't bad at all. You've improved.

ASdfsadf n00b admin deleted some of my picture uploads. I'm going to tell him off.

Those that I could view were good. Keep practicing.

Vary your line width. Put more emphasis on lines by making them thicker and end random lines with sharp ends. Go over lines so they look a more like calligraphy than something drawn in Flash. It really adds a lot to flat looking images.
