Maybe it's God's way of saying you shouldn't bother trying to do it.

Blur: Or maybe not.
How does it not work? Give a detailed account of exactly what you do, and what happens as a result. |

Open Midi file, save. It should work. Unless your instruments aren't there. Then open the GM.DLS folder in Modplug Tracker and drag the instruments from there.

I think that's what I meant.
To solve this, first open up the midi file and go to the instruments tab. Open up the GM.DLS folder and find the instruments that you need (They will most likely be under melodic or drum kits. Find the instrument that has the same name as the instrument in the song, and drag that instrument into the song window. Repeat for the rest of the instruments. That should work, and if not, try sending me the MIDI and I'll see what I can do.

Does it just say "power" or "standard" or does it say something like "acoustic snare (standard)"?
If it just says "power" or "standard," that's the samples tab and it doesn't work as well, in my opinion, for this sort of thing. Use the tab to the right of "samples".
