Nope I don't think it's possible sorry. You could try using some screen capture software to capture the movies in game then save them as what ever format you'd like.

One time I tried screen capture software to capture a video of the gameplay. Unfortunately, with all the CPU usage JJ2 hogs, It didn't get many frames captured at all.

There once was a program which allowed you to convert flic files to J2V. So it certainly would be possible.
But why take this hard way? I'm quite sure Noogy has them on his homepage as MPEG or MOV files. http://www.noogy.com/ To be more precise http://www.noogy.com/noogy/animation.html Last edited by Newspaz; Sep 11, 2004 at 07:18 AM. |

...Noogy did the intro movie for JJ2, the ending movie for JJ2, designed Lori, created almost all of Lori's sprites, and most (if not all) of the graphics for JJ3.

Indeed, we owe Noogy a great debt.

And sometimes he even appears here out of nowhere! Scary.
Actually, the ddFlic program has no use since JJ2 supports only the intro.j2v file in the next level setting. Well, except overwriting existing files. But then, the old sound effects will stay.

XD I know how hard it is to find a copy of it now. I was lucky enough to get it on CD back in 1998 for one of my birthdays or Christmas. I was thrilled... I didn't even know they had made a JJ2. I was playing the original back in 94, and loving every minute of it. So JJ2 definately got me interested again.
