Two Questions
I was wondeirng, I haven't upgraded TweakUI since 1998. Or something, basically since I got it off the Win98 CD. Well does anyone know how to remove the old TweakUI?

NOTE: I already tried looking in Add/Remove Programs

Another thing, it doesn't seem to matter what theme I use with Windows, this never seems to change, so does anyone happen to know how to set the amount of icons that appear in Quick Launch? Instead of having just 3, can I change it to perhaps 5 or 6, before the arrow for more Quick Launch programs appear?

NOTE: I already tried looking on TweakUI for Win XP & Taskbar Properties.

Right-click on the taskbar and uncheck "Lock the Taskbar". You can now move the elements to the desired size. When you're done, recheck "Lock the Taskbar".
