A cell-shaded RTS that is heavily story-based would be interesting. It would be rather forced to be after JJ2, since before JJ1 as far as I know the rabbits and turtles were at peace. However, I don't think that there could be a third side without one coming out of the blue, and generally to have enough variation a RTS needs at least three sides.
EDIT- Why did you put a grey background behind the white text? That makes it really hard to read. |

Your post formatting is rather annoying, but I'll answer the questions anyway.
Game Style: Probably 3D Platformer - obviously, Jazz should have a gun, but it probably shouldn't be the main focus of the game. Other fun options would be Adventure or Racing. No cars, just zoom zoom jackrabbits. Platform: Every single one!!!!!!! Time Period: Probably Sequel. While a prequel would be interesting, it would probably be best to establish the characters we already have a little more first - Lori, for example, is practically an enigma. Graphics Type: That shiny Sonic style might work well. Multiplayer: Every single one!!!!!!! Other Companies: I don't care who makes it, as long as it's good. Cinematics: Probably lightly story based. I could be persuaded into agreeing with most any of the options here, to be honest. |

:P
I didn't even think of a racing game without cars... good idea. ![]() Tortoise vs. Hare foot race!! I fixed the formatting a bit, btw.

(What's with the color and formatting?)
(Responses assume such a game would actually be made.) Game Style: I think the game should remain a 2D platformer, such as the previous games have been. Too many platformers have gone to a 3D style of gameplay when they switched to 3D graphics. Switching to 3D graphics, that's a fine and good thing to do, but I think people still like the 2D gameplay as well. Platform: PC as the previous games have been, and maybe Mac as well. Getting it on consoles might be good too, but I'm not sure which ones. Time Period: I don't know/no opinion right now. Graphics Type: I'd say go for the same sort of animation and art style as Nick and Noogy have created. It might be a little tricky to achieve, but the first step would probably be through cell shading. Multiplayer Types: Yes. Companies: Whoever can maintain the Jazz Jackrabbit style, and get the job done. (Along with decent advertising and publishing.) Stories and Cutscenes: No opinion right now. Quote:

As much as I want RPG... it's got to be 3D platform I think.
Gotta run on Windows of course. Time? I think it would be cool to make like different episodes or something in those times. Each one would rock. I don't care much for graphics, I don't have a strong computer anyway. Multiplayer: all and other Other companies - whatever it takes. Cinematics are cool, I'd like plenty if there is a good story- like one every two levels or however many it'll be. |

As much as this whole cartoony thing has been popular with the entire Jazz series, I think that if we wanted to appeal to the greater audience, realistic looking graphics on characters and enviornments would be a better idea. I think a game that would give me a StarFox type of feel would be nice.

2D jump'n'run. But with more than the previous games. Better weaponry system. Maybe you could even gain experience, making it a little like an rpg. Something like being able to increase your hearts like in Zelda would be neat. Etc. Platform: PC. Mac. And anything else that could support an easy-to-use and yet advanced level editor like the JCS. Only better. Ooo. Time Period: Sequel. Definitely. ( ++PLAYING AS EVA =D=D ) Graphics Type: Just like before. Except more 3D-looking, despite the 2D nature of the game. More realistic and less cute than Banjo-Kazooie, but still cartoony. Multiplayer Types: Yes, indeed. Companies: The firm that made Earthworm Jim! =D Either that, or an unorganized group of Dutch students. Stories and Cutscenes: Plot-based, plz. But not so much that making an own episode would be incredibly complicated because you'd have to set thousands of switches and stuff to keep the story going. Just... conversation with NPCs and the like and neat cutscenes, like in JJ1, except animated, and all is well.

Dont make it for the latest systems only or I wont be able to play which I would have to hunt you down and kill you for or just have you buy me a new computer. ;D
FPS and have Jazz and Spaz in the FUTURE with super cool spiffy taskbar thingy... ;P if not that then 3d I guess or lets go classic (yay) ;D All platforms possible jsut not DS cause you jsut know its gona be short and low graphics... ;( so i guess most possibly anything that has online capabilities jsut put some kind of extra thing for non-internet ![]() WHO THE HECK WILL BE PAYING FOR ALL OF THIS?!?Dont forget to read the fine print ![]() |

3D Platform Platform: Windows Longhorn XBox 2 (With XNA, it will make cross-platform gaming between Longhorn and Xbox 2 perfect) Nintendo DS (Need a handheld version ![]() Time period: Sequel. Takes place after Jazz Jackrabbit 2 Graphics type: Cell-shading. Graphics are designed to look like a 3D comic book. Multiplayer Gametypes: Free For All (Battle) Team Free For All (Team Battle) Capture The Flag (Capture) Treasure Hunt (Treasure) Team Objective (Assault) + More unique ones. Other companies involved: Microsoft Game Studios (Bungie + Rare ![]() Cinematic scenes: Game should be lightly story based. (Action with a bit of story at least) Thats my view. Oh and Conker, Microsoft will let you use Xbox for online play without live, they did with PSO on Xbox. But with Longhorn, you can go on Xbox Live thanks to XNA. I'd like to see anouther 2d game.
Gba would be nice accually, The new crud like PS3 shouldn't be for it. Plus, most people aren't made of money. Time period: right in the middle of JJ2. Say a side quest, that Jazz does. But, then you need to exsplain why there are no new weapons in JJ2:P Game types: All of them, and maybe something like, the mini games you find in the game. (if you find them.) Other companies: Who cares as long as it's good. Cut-scenes:Just action scenes. Anything now with stories realy ruin the original games. (Sonic Heroes, yeah, realy messed things up.) |

Game style: 2D Platform for handhelds, 3D Platform for others.
FPS/TPS - Ratchet and Clank: Up your Arsenal has the option of having a 3rd person perspective, first person, or third person with first person controls. Either one would be good. RPG/MMORPG: It should have a weapon-upgrading and health-upgrading system like Ratchet and Clank: Going Commando/Up your Arsenal. RTS: Might make a fun minigame. JazzDevan Wars, anyone? Adventure: Definately a truckload of adventure elements. ^_^ Fighting: It might be a good idea to incorporate melee attacks, just in case you run out of ammo or your Blaster is useless against the enemy. Racing: There should definately be some footracing of hoverboarding. =D Platform: (multiple-choice): Doesn't matter. The multiplayer feature should be free like Ratchet and Clank: Up Your Arsenal. Time period: Sequel. I'm also thinking of a JJ 2.5 or something for comic relief or similar. Graphics type: I think it should be a combo of cell-shaded characters with realistic backdrops, like Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. Multiplayer Gametypes: (multiple choice): There's no limit, but there should be some minigames (like racing) to break it up a bit. Other companies involved: Two words: Insomiac Games. These guys would love working on such a project, as long as they get the rights from Epic. Cinematic scenes: Depends. I've got a storyline in the works, but there hould be just enough substance and humor (Ratchet and Clank) to keep things interesting. Nintendo DS: I've been thinking...Why not have the weapons and data on one screen while your character runs around the uncluttered main screen? THAT would be cool.

Extreemly ambitious project! Do you have enough support, ConkerHS? Have you contacted with any companies, for ex. Epic or they are indifferent as usual? These all must take a lot of time, money and support. I hope you have it all.
So do you really intend to make sequel for JJ2 and that's not a joke? |

Game style:
Gun-based TPP platformer, with possible FPP mode to turn on. Like in Sonic Adventure games, each character should have a bit different style of game and different levels, but they all are connected with the story. Platform: PC. Maybe consoles also, but PC should be the root. Time period: Sequel, for the sake of more characters and a closer look to ones like Lori. Graphics type: Cartoony, but without cell-shading. I'm sick of cell-shading already. Multiplayer modes: Obviously, as much as possible. Other companies involved: Whoever worked on Ratchet & Clank. Cinematics: Heavily story based. There's nothing better than a good story. And that doesn't have to mean stopping the game each 5 minutes for another cut-scene. And I'd also like to add: -multiple gun modes, like in Unreal -fighting even hordes of enemies, like in Serious Sam (but platformer-style) -characters' comments on the action, like in Duke Nukem 3D -each gun has it's own look, and NOT ALL IN ONE BLASTER -a level editor, of course -leave it with the mod music support -team levels, where you meet one of other characters and he helps you out; that should be rare or maybe even hidden -secrets unlocking secret levels and hidden stuff, including easter eggs!

-2D platformer, just like JJ2.
-Windows. Keep the series on PC. -Sequel. Except in the original Jazz universe and not JJA's. -I'd like a balance between super realism and cartoonish. Like the Sonic games, basically. -All the party modes that were in JJ2 plus team battle. -Basically, find the JJ2 team and bring them all back to Epic. -I'd like to see a heavily story-based game, with cutscenes every level or so and some focus on the villains. Like Devan's motivations, some characterization for the bosses and other enemies, etc.

I would like the next Jazz Jackrabbit game to be an RPG simply because i like rpg's and i think it could turn out to be a great game.
The Jazz Jackrabbit universe has enough variation to make this an excellent game. You could travel to different locations on Carrotus, Diamondus etc. Solve different quests, have different side-quests. Find or earn different upgrades to the blaster, the rocket launcher, etc. Platform: All of them. (Why not?) Time period: Sequel. Graphics type: Cell-shaded (Come on, a cell-shaded Jazz Jackrabbit rpg? You know you love it.) Multiplayer type: Co-op, just the way it should be in any good RPG. Or battle, your level 11 rabbit against someone's level 9 Turtle, sweet! Company: Anyone, except for Rare, since I would like this game to appear on a PC. Cinematic scenes: Game should be heavily story based. I just have one more thing to say. This will never happend.

Game style:
Side-scroller would be nice, but I'd like a 3D platformer just as much. Platform: Windows, definetely. I don't know what the Nintendo Revolution is, but if that's the 'sequel' to the Gamecube, I would like to see it ported to that as well. Time period: Sequel. Or middle. I can't decide which. Graphics type: Cell-shading, definetely. It would be rux if cell shading and advanced physics were combined to make a side-scroller. You know, like ragdoll hits, and that kind of stuff. Multiplayer Gametypes: Everything JJ2 had, and more. Other companies involved: Hmm... if I had to pick, I would say Team17. Team17 comes to mind because I absolutely adore the graphics style and the phsyics from Worms Blast. Team17's always been great with physics. Cinematic scenes: I can't stand it when you have to watch long movies in games, so I'd only put them at the beginning and end. Or maybe do them like in the game XIII, comic book style.

More weapons. LOTS MORE WEAPONS! MWAHAHAHHAHHA! AND THINGS THAT GO BOOM! THERE MUST BE MANY THINGS THAT GO BOOM!
And a freakin' huge amount of bosses, as well. And cel-shading. That rocks. And lots of animation cut scenes. And humor. We cannot forget humor. AND WEAPONS!!!11

Oh yeah, and as for platform, I'd go with either Windows/Linux or PS2 (just because I have it). I'm indifferent towards the time period. I'm leaning towards realism in the graphics although I dont think it would fit the atmosphere of the game, so I'd go with comic style. I basically agree with LRK towards the multiplayer games, and me wanting it to be a 3D platformer should give it potential for a whole new amount of differen and unique multiplayer. Other companies...meh, don't really care. Something good though. I've enjoyed Worms Blast by Team17 and a lot of games made by Rare, I'll come back on this one maybe later. I like a heavily cinematic and story based game as long as it isn't overdone, and you have an option to skip cutscenes and dialogues so you won't be forced to go through them over and over. My two cents.

what i want it to be
Game style: 3D Platform - Mario 64, Banjo-Kazooie and Ratchet and Clank rocks.
Platform:
Pretty much all platforms Time period: Sequel - The story must continue (altough i dont really know the story :P). Graphics type: Super Realism - No comment (i like realistic games) Multiplayer Gametypes: Free For All (Battle) Team Free For All (Team Battle) Capture The Flag (Capture) Treasure Hunt (Treasure) Team Objective Assault, Br, Survivor support Other companies involved: Take 3 Interactive - Not EA Games, that would kill Jj3. Cinematic scenes: Heavily story based - Super realistic grapichs, Super story And pretty much what JSZ JaZz said... Yeah, thats it, i think.

Realistic-looking TPS, kinda like Duke Nukem Zero Hour.
Time frame? Timeless! Prequel, Middle, Sequel...even in the middle of the games! Platform? PC of course. It wouldn't be Jazz then. Multiplayer modes? Battle, CTF, Assault (team objective), and "User defined." "User Defined" can be used for multiple different things, such as Domination, Race, or free-run without the adaptation with other, unchangable game modes. We should also get Rare to come do some of the things. I'm sure that the same technology used to make the excellent graphics of SFA would be perfect for a Jazz Jackrabbit game. Other ideas: You forgot about the JCS. How are we to make things?
