Big dumb headless thing
Haha! Modeling is fun, especially when you rush through it and make something look really stoopid.
Well, okay, its not THAT stupid, but it still looks like a thumb thumb from Spy Kids. Its not a really good model anyways, so I'm leaving it as is. I'm still just a beginner, so any experience is good. And I did learn a bit while working on this, so its all good. I think that the Purrhead model in the center is good though. Maybe needs a few tweaks. ![]() |

Mr. Hare! Long time no see. Good modelling, too. I've tried that program before, never really got the hang of it, though (why did they have to move the menus to the bottom, anyway?). I really should be learning another modeller; neither Anim8or nor Hash can export 3DS files with their skeletons intact.
The overall modelling looks quite good, but the places where his limbs join his body are a bit rough; you can clearly see how they were block modelled. The one in the middle looks improved, but is in a very neutral pose so it's hard to tell. In short, it would probably look better if you gave the wires from his arms and legs a more natural flow into the rest of his body. This is especially evident around his hips when he has his legs apart (the green one looks exactly like a Droideka from Episode1 =P).

Not bad.
![]() I've never tried out modelling, so I can't really give some tips. It's not perfect, but if you're a beginner I'd say it's pretty cool. ![]()
