Is it possible to get the "Secret Files" for free!?
Yeah...
Is it possib. to download the "secret files" for free or is payment a must? I cannot seem to get them from anywhere without atleast 20 bucks... Is there anyone here who could just... for instance... "send" them to me or is there some "ritual" about having to pay for them or something... That'd be very nice! ![]() ![]() |

Ok, nobody has flamed you yet, seems like i'm just in time...
The Secret Files is *not* free (yet), so any free distribution is illegal. So payment is a must. Don't even bother asking for warez or abandonware, as this board will grow a fit at the mere sight of it. Just letting you know ![]() - JelZe GoldRabbit =:3 |

What'the... one guy from thed's Burbank acc.
told me to buy them, but another even handed over copies of them for free after paying for the actual Full version of TSF and everyone said that was pretty legal without hesistation he then went to buy them as well and gave copies too... I... I dunno what to say to that... maybe... Yeah... I know that they are NOT free legally, but yeah!... Thanks... ![]() |

'k...
But it still SUCKS! that TSF is not legal to distribute!... By the way... is the "Christmas chronicles" free to distribute somewhere!? |
Feb 16, 2005, 07:13 AM | |
Sorry, Christmas Chronicles is not free either. Even tho it's a revamped version of Holiday Hare 98, both of those games are not shareware (a common misunderstanding I bet). The only free version of JJ2 is the Shareware Demo.
Yeah, I agree it sucks, but that's how things are. Look at it this way: no money, no new Jazz Jackrabbit games. It's lousy, i know, but what can we as Jazz Jackrabbit fans do? ... no, not that! Cut it out! - JelZe GoldRabbit =:3 |

Quoted from the General JJ2 FAQ ( http://www.jazz2online.com/jcf/showthread.php?t=11746 )
"Downloading full versions of any games other than Holiday Hare 94 and Holiday Hare 95 is illegal and is not supported by these forums."

You'll probably get it eventually whethere you somehow manage to buy it or download it. Everyone usually gets it eventually, one way or another.

The CC is fun... how many levels were actually included in the CC again???
|
Feb 17, 2005, 02:41 AM | |
Quite a lot actually: almost 30 levels in total. Here's a rundown:
- 3 Official Xmas Single Player levels, each as long as a TSF level - 6 Battle levels, 3 Official, 2 new Xmas Battles and Battlea - 3 CTF levels - 4 Treasure Hunt levels (tho one is double...) - 1 Race level (oops?) - 11 Easter level contest entries - Diam 1 (how'd that get there?!) Here you go. As you can see, the levels are chosen less than perfectly... ![]() - JelZe GoldRabbit =:3 |
