I'm not too good with MS paint so it's not that good, but for a begginer...

Eheh. It's not all too bad, actually. You got some details relatively nicely done. The ears, for example.

Jazz has an orange shoulder band, Violet. Either that or it's part of the backpack with poorly done layers.

Wow. Much improvement indeed; that's very good for something made in MSPaint. His ears seem kind of small in the new one, however.

The new one's much better.

I agree that the ears are too small though.

EDIT:

The way Jazz holds his gun is a little bit wrong, one of the fingers should be behind the gun.

Hide his thumb behind the gun, make the ears larger, and make the eyes black-on-blue, not blue-on-black. Otherwise, this is very impressive for an MSPaint drawing.

Look, I don't really wanna do it again

Let's just say it's a big improvment, I made a few mistakes but it's good for an MS paint drawing

You don't have to remake a drawing after you've done it already. Criticism is there for future reference mostly.

You did it very well, though it's not perfect. You'll probably do better in your next picture, even if it's not about Jazz.
