No, it's not a personal attack, I heard them talking on a server and they blurted out their cause! Just trust me this time, Diz. It makes sense now. They want to annoy us by bragging and winning so if you don't even listen to them and act like they aren't even there, I know they'll shrivel up and die.(note that although it's not a nice thing to do to a clan, this isn't anything of a nice clan, and I think I know of a lot of people who would agree.)

excuse me, but wouldn't ip banning only work on people who have Cable or DSL? since dial-ups refresh ip addresses every time? or is it like, a different ip address it bans? if none of those are correct, and u don't feel like explaining it, just give me a link to a site that does

Well, IPs that change stay within a range. Take me for example, my IP always starts with 12.79. Most every modem dial up range has the first 2 numbers not change. We make sure that no one else has that IP and if that is true we ban off of that.
