Connection timed out

Connection timed out
Every time I join a game i got conectoin times out,
I opened my foward ports 10052 and 10054
but there is one thing i dont understand what's TCP , UDP is?

TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) and UDP (User Datagram Protocol) are different protocols for sending data over networks or the Internet. JJ2 uses both.

Where did you open\forward these? In your router configuration page?

yes. but how do i open TPC and UDP ports?
