Some reason jj2 reads my controller as controller 2, I only have one controller anyone know why?

Foo. I'm pretty sure he means controller as in joystick, not as in Overlord's rux program.

In answer to the original question, JJ2 seems to pick which controller you're using (1, 2, whatever) depending on which USB/whatever port it's plugged into. Try plugging the controller into a different port to see if that fixes the problem.
