JJ2 simply wont run on my new system :(

Instead of blabbering on about why it wont run ill just get straight to the point.

It wont run. Open the exe, get an access violation, end of story.

Specs incase that has something to do with it:
Athlon64 3500+
GeForce 7800GT
SB Audigy2ZS
1GB of ram

Since I cant post a screeny of the access violation, here it is in text form:
