Well, Terminator, EvilMike and I have found a way to accurately do Team Battle in JJ2 without external programs.
It works like this: Players join and the JAIL2 concept takes effect. This means we are able to tell when you first join the game and after you die. So every time you don't join you score a team for your point. Overall, scoring works like this. Your teams score is the amount of times you have died. The lower score your team has the better. EvilMike is currently posting his level that displays this concept. Get Mike's level here: http://jazz2.nagcentral.com/download...hp?levelid=664 Its really quite cool ![]() Have Fun ![]() |

Seems pretty cool, I reviewed the level...
I never got to play the concept but I think a better level would showcase it better. =/ |

We could also create team battle in VB. Like a CTF game with no flags. And server has a VB program running in background that collects each player's kills. We can find addresses for kills and team in jj2 with Gamehack. But the program needs to be created at first. I gave the idea so somebody...
Spazzyman? Kaz? Link? Don't be angry because I posted this :P

I'm still working with my hexeditor... sort of, I had to reformat... anywayz, I'll try and get it to run in binaric mode and try a few things before I try to get a orange base... but that would mean link would have to give out trainers to everybody so they can make their team.

Good. Now we can do the same thing to Assult
![]() my sample level has a few bugs that was caused by Jazz2. But I think I know how to prevent that now. And the timelimit? The server has to sacrifice his game play to run the timelimit in the sucking tube, yelling out how many minutes left before he reach the 3 CTF bases. |
