Files Disappearing?

There are a bunch of files disappearing and i don't know where to take this. For one magatests (which i have but went to download on a friend's and it wasn't there). For two the animation editor. Either that's gone or i'm not searching right. And it seems like more's missing that I can't name right now,

And i'm tired of begging for files. Can somebody lead me to the animations editor plz?

P.S. Some of the files that went missing are NOT located on http://www.jazz2online.com/junk/missing.htm
