I'm too shy to just join a game, so today I decided to try and host a Treasure Hunt. ("Bright n Shiny" by F!re if anybody wants to know >_>)

So I hosted a game, didn't get any errors when I did it. Except when I alt-tabbed to J2O to see if my server was up (and it was) and clicked on my server, it said it had an error. So I figured it was the error that says it couldn't be pinged.

I have a router, so I'm thinking that might be my problem. I read somewhere you had to forward a port or something.

Not that I know what port to forward, or even how to do that, if that's the problem in the first place... >_>

Please help. >_< I've never played online, and I would love to try! I just don't want to join a game because I am shy. >_>

Port 10052 TCP and UDP
Port 10053 TCP

If I'm correct, this should be enough. Personally I always forward the enture range 10050-10070 TCP/UDP though. But that's really for no reason.

Your shy ? Thats ok you don't have to talk you know .
But yeah foward those ports but normally thats not the problem , it happens to be otyher settings as well on your network.

Ok, so exactly how do I forward those ports?

Or what other problems could there be? o_o
