How do I make it so my server is pingable?
I'm too shy to just join a game, so today I decided to try and host a Treasure Hunt. ("Bright n Shiny" by F!re if anybody wants to know >_>)
So I hosted a game, didn't get any errors when I did it. Except when I alt-tabbed to J2O to see if my server was up (and it was) and clicked on my server, it said it had an error. So I figured it was the error that says it couldn't be pinged. I have a router, so I'm thinking that might be my problem. I read somewhere you had to forward a port or something. Not that I know what port to forward, or even how to do that, if that's the problem in the first place... >_> Please help. >_< I've never played online, and I would love to try! I just don't want to join a game because I am shy. >_> |
