Problems downloading

I recently complained how the download for the 1.23 patch on J2O seemed to be broken, until realizing it just didn't work on this computer. I just grabbed it on the other one, put it onto a USB stick and got it that way. The problem is, though, that it's not just that patch, I actually can't download anything from the site.

Screenie:

Translation of the text:

download.php from www.jazz2online.com couldn't be downloaded.

The website couldn't be opened. It either isn't available or couldn't be found. Try again later.

Suggestions?

(Note: I wasn't sure wether to put this here or into tech help, mods may move as they please)

Update: Same problem with downloading something from an e-mail, seems like it isn't J2O after all.

What firewall and anti-virus are you using?
Do you have any download accelerators installed?
If you have another browser, does that have problems as well?

Moving to Tech Help, as this is not j2o-specific (you've said that you're having problems elsewhere, and j2o works fine for me). Granted it's not Jazz-specific either, but Technical Help is probably better than Site Feedback.
