What is this program? What does it do? And most importantly, how can I get it to work?

Now I understand it can join 1.23 games with 1.24 but what was it actually meant for and how can I use it?

It allows you to be lori in 1.23. But the sprites are messed up. It's nothing really good.

If I remember correctly, it also doesn't work on XP and above.
