I finally figured out how to work jj2+ and found out i am supposed to click on the jazz jackrabbit exe. I now have a JJ2+ file but what I want is for when I click on Jazz Jackrabbit 2 in the start menu It loads JJ2+. I have to go to my computer then double click jazz jackrabbit 2. I also found out tomb rabbit runs on JJ2+ but wouldn't work for me on JJ2 1.23 xmas.

1. DON'T USE 1.23+ XMAS! That utility is very buggy and will not work with most Single Player levels.

2. Go to the file you click on from the Start Menu (I'm guessing "Jazz Jackrabbit 2") and right click it. Click on Properties. In the box where it says "Target:" go to the end of the text in the box and change "jazz2.exe" to "jazz2+.exe". It should now run JJ2+ whenever you run it from the Start Menu.

Yeah, the start menu problem is as easy as changing the properties of the shortcut. For all SP levels, I still recommend using the original Jazz2.exe file, mainly because JJ2+ does not feature anything helpful for SP (yet) and some puzzles and tricks make use of bugs in the original JJ2 that were cut out in JJ2+.

For online multiplayer, though, JJ2+ is (nearly) a must-have.

I gave it a new, better name instead.

I can play tomb rabbit and i can now play jj2+ from the start menu thanks
