Just want to say that every map uploaded to J2O from now will have a good chance to be hosted on Zeal Epsilon.
But there are of course some things a map must achieve:
A rateing of 7 or higher. (atleast one decent reviewer)
May be small or big, but the map should be made so that the final in LRS shouldn't lake to long.

Keep in mind that this is a HLRS server.
