3D Models

Here are some 3D models I've been working on. I'll update this as I go. I'm still an amateur so don't be too hard on the reviews (radium).

The Batman logo. Made it as one of my quiz grades for a random model. Simple 2D design. What's wrong with that?

My online name. It normally rotates, but the quicktime movie was like 2 bazillion megabytes due to the extreme lighting so I just rendered and saved the first frame of it so you get the idea

Male and Female symbols. Also another quiz I quickly got finished. Also random.

Neighborhood. This was my midterm. It was done in the middle of the desert which is strange but ah well it suits me.

PSP. This is my final exam. I think it's one of the hardest models I've done yet. Not finished

We were supposed to make a pumpkin for a quiz right around halloween time. So I did. It was also while the Phillies were at the World Series, so why not? The lighting is very messed up, and the baseball texture is missing. But I like it nontheless. Was going to add a tombstone that says "Here lies the Yankees" but got lazy.

A screw. A lot harder than you would ever think. Almost ridiculously hard. I feel sorry for the guys who had to model Megatron.

One of the houses from the neighborhood just to show some more details

Table and chairs. First thing I ever modeled.

Water gun. Not even near finished. I probably won't finish it either. this was the first quiz.

Cool. I especially like the screw and the PSP. The trees in the Phillies one are also quite nice, although the lighting is funky. The ones with the houses I think would look quite nice if you could somehow make the textures look less repetitive, at least for the ground.

thanks =)

I definitely could really work with those textures. I found that texturing really isn't my thing. And I don't feel like working with this much anymore.

Wow, you're good. But for some reason I prefer seeing 3D models in wireframe... makes you appreciate the work that went into making them.

For these, I use 3D Studio Max. However, I have used Renderman in the past.
