why do i see veeeery much newbie clans lately, can anyone explain please???

on TSF or 1.23?

on 1.23 are Almost no Clans With Not good players in it Called Newbies,

on TSF it is JKM,

Why thats a Good Question Most of the TSF Newbies/newer Players are 10/12 Years
