This is a known bug, so I know what you're talking about, but no, the title doesn't say it all. Please elaborate about what exactly is broken about it next time

Adding screenshots during upload still works, just adding screenshots on already existing uploads is broken as far as I know. I'll fix it, sometime.

Yeah, it's the "after upload" part that's giving me problems.
