I'd like to have the Secret Files Tilesets for 1.23, do they exsist? (besides Easter)

Nope, the TSF sets are for TSF only. The TSF sets are bigger than the 1.23 ones, do the math : )

Of course, you can use some sort of screen capture to make a TSF tileset for 1.23 by removing tiles you don't really want until it's small enough.
