I finally have a working computer and internet again, but I'm having a few problems working with the router we're going through.
I have my web server running on my computer. I also have the router set up to forward port 80 connections to my computer, so people trying to access monolith.idlegames.com as a web page will be connected to my server. All other computers on the LAN can connect to my server 'monolith.idlegames.com' as well as all outside computers. The problem is that I cannot access my own web server on my computer. I do the exact same thing, but it doesn't make the connection. I have a feeling that for this same reason I am not able to get my list server working, and therefore the Battle Server is unable to be listed. (try connecting to the Battle Server sometime by using 'monolith.idlegames.com') I'm using a LinkSys router, but haven't found anything usefull at their site yet. |

[S]Did the warranty expire yesterday?[/S]... hmm, well the list servers are supposed to have routes of like 10052 incase you've forgotten which I seriously doubt... and I'm almost sure that computers use more than port 80 in some cases for webpages... try using the primary computer and keep netstat running and maybe logging.
