I wanna make a tileset using screenshots from another game. I know how to take screenshots, but I have no clue about the rest. Is there some sort of manual to teach how to do that?

Doesn't sound to such a good idea to me.. Much people did this before with Mario and other games.. And I dislike them.. They're never as original as new tilesets.....

Buuuuuuut (sigh), since you ask, I'm gonna tell you.
If you know how to take the screenshots, i'll spare you that part, just paste the tiles into 'stencil.pcx'. This is the official empty tileset. Hehe, sounds funny, but this is what you use as the image to draw in. You can resize it if you like (I always do), but the bets part is that it already has the Jazz 2 palette in the image, so you don't have to worry about re-mapping the tileset palette when ur building the tileset in JCS.

NOTE: The little dots pieces are the BOTTOM RIGHT piece of the tile. The solid lines are the TOP LEFT piece of the tile. You'll understand what i mean when you see it.
