I've got a timed-out problem too.
I'm a client of my brothers computer.
His computer has the internet card and i'm a client of his and he shares internet with me.
I saw this in another topic but i don't understand with the free 10051 to 10054 or something so could anybody plz explain to me how to do it?

That's realy messed up. Can't you just play splitscreen with your brother?

Contact your ISP, and tell them exactly what is on the FAQ, chances are they can, and will help you.
