I have sent a mail to a Program manager from Lost boys and asked whether they are interested at Jazz3.

Here the Mail:

" Orange Games (the developers of Jazz jackrabbit) became part of Lost Boys Games in january 2000. However, Lost Boys Games have no plans to released any further versions of Jazz at the Moment "

hmmm...

maybe a few months later!
