Not something impossable
We all know, unless epic or someone else releases the source, no programs for jj2, that change its files, are possable, unless someone by compleate accident cracks the formats.
So i should have said this: No impossable programs like JJ3 or a new level editor, spirte editor, ect. These are all impossable to make unless we have the source Enough Said... Matrix

Encryption and compression... even though the source code for the compression is downloadable!
Ah, an attempt of a program to decompress j2l files. http://www.gzip.org/zlib
