Source = engine license?

Does giving us the source mean we could reproduce jazz2 with different animations and stuff? Or alter the engine?

Keshutsu you don't have the real c++ source code and i dont care about the asm source code =P

C++ Source code whoopy, it's still a source code and I can still modify Jazz2 like what they were talking about.
