Is this addressed to the general population? Or to people in particular?

If the former is the case, I can give my opinion. I'm not a big follower of the clan happenings and stuff, but from what I've seen and heard, most people have the idea that JOL is a "newbie clan", because there are lots of newbies in it, there are no tryouts or anything, they make hotels and like Pokemon, and they bribe people to join with programs like Megawarp.

I don't know how much of that is true (if any), but I think that is what most people think of when they hear the name "JOL"

But sometimes a newbie clan can be good. Since most clans now have good people in them and require tryouts, new people usually can't get in. But clans like JOL give new people confidence in JJ2, and help them get started. I know my first JJ2 clan boosted up my confidence in the game 200% (and if it was still around now it would probably be considered a newbie clan).

So I don't know really. I'm not for or against any clans in particular.

JOL does have tryouts and people have to do them to join JOL, there is even a no multi-clanning rule in JOL.

JOL does not bribe people to join using mw or any simmulair programs, and JOL does not have alot of newbies.

So what if some of them like pokemon, I dont, even though I dont hate it either.

I'm Leader of JOL, JOL is allied with DB and DB is the only other clan I am in.

That could be another reason people don't like JOL; The leader doesn't follow the clan rules.
