Heya all,
my inspiration is totally gone, so I ask you all what would you like to see? Battle, Treasure, Race, CTF, Single player. And with what tileset? And how should it look a bit? Like I said I have no idea what to create...

I want to see a single player level using the "Simple" tileset by Fquist, using no music file, with a background that hurts your eyes, and no end area/boss/other-things-that-add-to-gameplay-in any-concievable-way.

Actually, I'd like to see a Race level. Using the tileset "ET's Planet 1.414....." which isn't made and never will be. Actually, anything by ET would make an interesting race level. Assuming it's a tileset, that is. With lots and lots of those things that blow up when you touch them. Only they animate first. Animated speed blocks.

HEY! I actually like fquist's simple tileset. Hehhee, i had some great fun making a level with that

Anyways, there's nothing wrong with you if you lost your inspiration to make a level, it's happened to all of us. I actually go insane if i get a nice idea for a level

I have it. Search the JCF, Fquist (or someone) posted the results for the contest, including a place where you could download the levels/tileset.

It's a very interesting tileset, but needs more textures.

Textures would have ruined the purpose: simpleness. :P
Like I said, it was for a contest. Which such a tileset only very creative people can create good levels.

How did I become a mod? I dunno really, lol. Just minded my own business I think.

Anyways, the set isn't anywhere for download, but I know there are people around that have it. I'm almost sure Evilmike has it, and a sneaky suspicion that BOBBT aka Bobby aka Dizzy DM has it too. I lost it a while ago though.

Oh, and when you do use it, texture the black tiles, it makes a nice blue background in 8-bit

Only make something when you got an idea! (or make something and only if it's good releace it..)

Make level where you can walk on the ceiling. Sort of an upsidedown level.
