I've noticed that there are more and more people making official .j2e files for jj2. Is there a util that can do this or does somebody know the format. It's just... I WANNA KNOW HOW TO MAKE THEM THINGIES! Arararararrarara!!!

You can't make them, sorry. It involves something...well, I can't say, but I don't have it and it ain't likely people are going to be getting it.
