Hm. I hadn't thought about it a whole lot, but it probably would. See, the game physics is designed around a vector system, so everything has a direction and a velocity. Everything also has a mass, and everything is affected by gravity. Objects can have internal force applied to them (Skitch running, or a vehicle firing it's jets), or external force (Skitch on an elevator, the vehicle being pushed by a bigger one). So while I haven't tested it (physics engine isn't implemented yet), it's likely that you'd get that effect.

Rotation is planned, but it's not fully designed yet how the physics will interact with it.
