When I ordered JJ2, Epic had also promised me a copy of JJ1. Instead of that, it gave me a little card saying the first batch of JJ2 cds sent out did not have JJ1 on them and told us to call a phone number. The phone number did not exist anymore, so I guess I unearthed a very old copy of JJ2. Even though we e-mailed epic about this problem, we still didn't get JJ1.

So, I'm asking 2 questions.
1: Would it be legal to send a copy of JJ1 to me, free of charge?

2: if not, where could I find a copy that I could buy?

For all I know, you should be entitled to a copy of JJ1, but you should probably still talk to Epic or G.O.D. Games about it. What did they say when you E-Mailed them?

You should get a JJ1 copy with JJ2. Email G.O.D. and Epic. You are entitled to it. If you don't get it, report them to the BBB. (Both already have unfavorable records)

I'd have to agree with Trafton and Monolith. However, on my corner, I'd call, and ask if they have a back-order of JJ1, then say that you bought JJ2 and you were entitled to it in the first place.

IT IS NOT ILLEGAL IN THIS CASE. AS HE WAS ENTITLED TO JJ1 JUST LIKE ME AND THE GUYS AT GODGAMES TOLD ME WHERE TO GET IT..
