The only thing I don't like about EP is, uh, can't think of anything now. The only time I don't like him is when I get annoyed by the ironic type of humour, which is not very often anymore.
I think that not paying attention to clans is good. This is because, well, say Clan A (CA) did not like Clan B (CB). They got into a flamewar. If Mod was in Clan C, which was allied with CB, Mod's decisions might be biased in favor of CB. So if both sides were equally flaming, CA would be punished more than CB. But if Mod didn't care about "that clan started it" or "well Clan X has bad players" then the rules would be better enforced. Moderators are more like police than a judge: if they think someone's doing something wrong, they arrest them. I'm going way too far here. I'm acting like I'm mad, and that's when I start repeating myself. I'm acting like -- nevermind.

It doesn't always have to be wrong that a moderator of the clan forum is in a clan. Some clan people are able to act fair too, I'm sure of that. Newspaz was a GpWer and is a TFer and he did a good job, so..
The problem is that Electropizza probably won't understand some clan matters and close a topic if he thinks it's not-clan related, while it is.

I have to disagree. While I know that a certain administrator dislikes him, I believe he is very capable of the job. I think that there aren't really that many topics that could be closed for that reason. If he wasn't capable enough, he wouldn't be appointed. As easy as that. And, in fact, you all might not know this, but Newspaz was clanless for much of the time he was a moderator, and he did a great job. I wish ElectroPiZZa luck, but I'm sure he'll be able to handle it. Have faith.

If he sucks at moderating, closes topic unfair, and is a bad moderator, he will be de-moderated.
Common, give him a chance. I only said "Oh no not him" as a joke, and becuse I still have something in mind he done time ago, that I didnt agree with and found very stupid. |
