Problem Configuring Firewall

It's one of these rare occasions that I post a problem in this forum, but unlike many, I know exactly what I need to do, and I'm just having trouble doing it.

I recently set up a server computer with Windows .NET Server Release Candidate 1. Basically it is a beta version of the next windows server operating system. It currently has two NICs in it - one connected to my LAN and one connected to my cable modem. I am using NAT (Network Address Translation) to basically use the computer as a router. All is well, except for the age-old problem of online play not working. You should all know the symptoms by now.

The NAT configuration allows me to forward ports, but it isn't working. I've set up entries for all three TCP ports (10052-10054) and the UDP port (10052), but it simply does not forward. I am unable to host games, and am unable to stay in joined games for very long before timing out. When trying to connect externally to my JJ2 game (through telnet, for example), the computer "actively refuses" the connection.

The NAT configuration for .NET server I assume is similar to the NAT configuration of 2000 server. If anyone knows what the correct procedure for forwarding ports in either .NET server or 2000 server, I would appreciate the help.

I know what you are talking about, and I've had the same problem. I did fix it, but it was a while ago and I can't really remember what I did. Sorry.
