He stood alone, watching over what he had called his home ever since that incident, changing his life forever. His ears were floppy as they always were, yet his facial expression was entirely different from usual. Sure he always seemed serious most of the time, yet now his look seemed ever more fragile and lost. The great TIME Traveller, Rumbo Rabbit watched and stared into nothingness, remembering the past, when he had first seen HER....



He closed his eyes and open them, feeling the soft, lifeless tears run down his blue furry face. In his right hand was a small note, a note he had meant to give her the last time they met. He obviously never gave her that message, he felt that he had no right. The message was crumpled slightly, yet the words written on it were pure and true....



Dear Lori....

Im so sorry for everything that has happened beween us. I can't deny this any longer. My feelings for you have grown and I can't stand it. I don't want to be alone anymore, being on my own in TIME has made me a different person and I don't want to be that Rumbo Rabbit anymore. I want to be the Rumbo Rabbit that had a family and lived in a small village out in an isolated part of the world. I want to feel alive again. The only way I can do that is if I were with you....I'm so sorry Lori.......I love you.......



Rumbo



Rumbo read the message and started to cry harder, realising what on Carrotus he had done. He was killing himself and he could feel it, every second his heart began to hurt more and more. What he had writeen was from the heart, he didn't want to be a TIME traveller anymore. He only wanted to live a normal life. Sure, there were rabbits like Jazz, Spaz and Dr Jones that fought for peoples right, but the way Rumbo fought was different. He only ought because he had no choice. He wanted to fight because he really WANTED to, with the choice and with the same reasons as everybody else.

Taking his left hand and placing it onto his red bandana across his forehead he sighed with wet tears on his blue cheeks and carefully took it off, holding it in his palm like a piece of longliving ribbon. Kneeling to the ground he placed his bandana on the floor, got up, turned around and slowly walked away, through a time warp that led him back to where he truly belonged, Carrotus. The bandana laid there for some time....

Ill be adding to this short intro with the minature stories entitled 'Whatever happened to Rumbo Rabbit?' Please read these as me and Dr Jones may be preparing a comeback .....
