Playing through a firewall

Hey all, long time no see...

I've been away for a bit since i've started university, i can't play jj2 here since were behind a firewall. The university has blocked basically every port used for anything other than net browsing. So no p2p, and no games, = no jazz.

So i was wondering if any of you guys would know a way to play through/around this firewall nonsense. Here's hoping...

If not ill be on in a few days when i get back for CHRISTMAS!!!

Later,

Merlyn.

Or wait for a moderator to move it.

There is really no easy way other than asking the administrators to unblock the ports. The only thing I can think of is find out what ports they don't block, and then get a program which will forward ports 10052-10054 to the ports they don't block, and then a program on the other end which would forward them back. (Sort of like a custom-made proxy server)

I don't know if such a program exists though.
