The game looks pretty boring. Absolutely no strategy, unlike games like Super Mario World that have a bit of strategy invovled.
Oh by the way, this game sucks or option 4 is what I chose.

It seems like they decided to "give Jazz a new look". And then they were too lazy to make their own tilesets. (Well, they made some, but they copied some.)
I'm waiting to buy this until I hear from some people that get it. I want to know if it is worth getting or if it sucks and is a blasphemy to Jazz's name and it would have been better to just let him die in peace without adding another insult to his injury. But I'll try to keep an open mind on this game, I am interested in it. ~AJ2f

Let's just put it this way, the reason most people dislike this game is because of these factors
-Jazz in JJA looks nothing like he normally looks in the previous JJ games. -Jazz marries someone, and it isn't Eva Earlong. Instead he divorced Eva. -No Spaz and Lori in the game.

Can't we just wait until the game comes out to see how it plays? You're already denouncing a game you haven't ever seen in action.

However, Spaz and Lori are not crucial characters. Sure, they are fun to play as. But Jazz 1 was just fine, and it didn't have them. Jazz 2 1.23 didn't have Lori. And, IMO, Lori is a half-reared effort, she doesn't play very well and there is no advantage to using her. She can't even jump high enough in most levels. Anyway, my point is that a Jazz game can survive without backup characters. But this game barely has the right to call itself a Jazz game. I will hold judgement on the gameplay of it till I play it myself, though. And if it is the spark that relights our candle, and renews our hope for a third game, then that is good. This is our only hope. I am very sad that it has not been marketed. At all. Not even previewed by major gaming publications or websites (where it was only briefly mentioned.) Nor reviewed anywhere. If no one has heard of it except for us, then what hope does it bring us? Only time shall show whether this new Jazz game brings good or ill. Let us be patient and see what happens. ~AJ2f

This game could have numerous effects. On one side, it could be a bestseller and return the Jazz franchise to the top. On the other hand, of course, it could give Jazz a bad reputation, because nobody cares about a game that was awesome in 1994. That was almost 9 years ago, people. Or, it could not do anything because of lack of publicity, and nobody will care.

Jazz divorced Eva? Wha? When did this happen?
By the way, I do have my doubts, this game is made by Game Titan, the same team behind Earthworm Jim for GBA. Have any of you played that version? Well lemme lay it down here: It Absolutely SUCKED The controls and even Jim felt floaty Animation and sound lacked horribly Levels were resized to fit the GBA's screen, but it was so poorly done, that the levels now look ugly and lack the style. And so far, Jazz GBA looks like that it takes level pieces of Jazz 2 and splices them together, looking so...odd. I'll probably need to play a ROM of this before I make a purchase. The look of Jazz is fine with me, but the fact that Jazz divorces Eva is...stupid.
