This is not the first time this question has came up but, what exactly is the difference between a 1.23 and TSF story?

there was a jazzrabbit called Lori and a pet named Spud, no one knows what it really is though...except it is a sleep baked bottle of beer, which the rabbits took out for a walk on every Sunday because it needed exercise from being drunk all week. And of course, the exploding coffee maker exploded while Lori was fiddling with it therefore she had to go to the hospital because of her hair catching on fire, and the people in the hospital denied her plea because she was a hothead, and they threw a bucket of water at her head which made her Melt, because she was practicing witchcraft to destroy Bobby a.k.a. Dizzy because he really hated her hair. She would've destroyed him, if he wasn't so evasive, so She ended up hitting evil mike in his head, causing the snufuss to be summoned which then?
