I want a link from J2o to JCF on the top like the one on here.

Kaz, there IS a link at the top bar to JCF.

Just not on all pages since I just recently found the header bug.. and I finally can put it on pages except the index now. The new header has the link.. like on the index.

I thought with PhP you could make the navagation bars the same on every page without using frames to do it.

Yes. But with the new header there was a problem that caused it not to display correctly on any page other then index.php
