Okay. The newbies here come to spam sometimes. REBECCAFATHEAD is the last one I remember. They get banned. But when a known name does the exact same thing (Not mentioning any names, but Mr.Crow and ElectroPiZZa), it is perfectly okay. What's up with that?

I'm not saying that he should get banned. But still.

You should be banned for your truthful observantness.

The FATHEADS were deliberate spammings. They spammed areas that normally have relevant information. The Mr. Crow spamming was only one account, the user's, and was only in Misc. In addition, the FATHEADs were not newbies at all. They were double accounts (I think.)
