I don't remember the old version, but this one looks more realistic, except for the butterfly looks a bit like a sticker on her with the right wing.

*ponders to herself* I've never drawn a butterfly on a face, so it was a first for me. You know when butterflies rest that their wings are down (and low), sooo.. blah. and the shading was done as I figured it would work..
