Regenerate Destructible Scenery?
Is it possible to regenerate destructable scenery?

Actually, I think you can regen it in Party mode... I think...

If you host in race mode offline, I know it regenerates. It does not under any circumstance regenerate online.

Destruct Scenery regenerates in Splitscreen mode, but that's all.

Then it just regenerated automatically(in splitscreen). Nothing you have to do.
