Dual monitors and getting fullscreen to work on the second.
WEE! I have a new video card which supports dual monitors. Anyways, for now, I'm just using my TV as the second monitor (actual authencity when playing games and movies). But I wanted to know two things.
1) Why can't I fullscreen games on the second monitor? 2) How do I get windows media player to stay fullscreen >.>? I click on something else and it reverts. It's really getting in the way of watching movies and playing at the same time. It's mostly software. 98SE. |

Both my new computers have dual-monitor support, but I've never tried JJ2 with two displays. I'll try it and get back to you.
(May I ask why you need it on two displays? If you want it on your TV, just use that as the 1st display)

I've done some dual monitor stuff before with two video cards before. Fun stuff.
The reason you can't get JJ2 (or pretty much anything else) to run fullscreen on your second monitor is because most fullscreen games/apps weren't made to support multiple monitors. DirectX supports multiple monitors and video display devices, but most developers don't take the time to add that functionality into their games, and the standard way of starting up fullscreen is to do it with the default display device (which is usually the first monitor). As for WMP, I can't explain why it's causing you troubles. Microsoft made it.
