If this occurs 30 seconds into every game you join, you have a problem revolving around ports being blocked in JJ2.

Do you have a router or firewall? They are the most common causes.

Do you know how to open the appropriate ports on the firewall and/or router?

If you do not know, read the manual.

You'll want to forward ports 10052 and 10054 to play JJ2.

And don't post two topics about the same problem.
