Could someone please scan their jj1 cd and its case inserts?

I was organising my cds (it's a real pain too), and I came accross my JJ1 cdr. Tou see, I was one of the unlucky people who had to get their JJ1 as a download from Godgames, and so I just have a cdr, but I'd like to print out the label and inserts for it. If someone could help me out, I'd appreciate it. (note, it has to be the JJCD edition with the 9 episodes)

Well, since it has been posted here before, I guess nothing is really wrong with it.

I just needed the cd's label and the front and back of the box/case.. not the "it", but that's handy too, thanks.
