Control Panel Error
How do you fix the problem that states MMCpl as it's name in the titlebar. Is a yellow ! kind of error. And says: "Unable to load language resources."? Well let's see it doesn't seem to corrupt anything in the panel, but it's irrtaing. And i've reinstalled windows tons of times and I can't get rid of it.
