Why do they take out features?
I was going thru some pre-release screenshots of Jazz, and found this.
![]() So, you used to be able to use ambient lighting under water, but now for some reason you can't? Then there's also the fact that he has mor than 99 seekers. `N0

The 99 ammo cap is there because if you can get more than that you will basically have near unlimited ammuniton. It would be way too easy to have like 400 seekers.
As for the water, I have no freaking idea.

Ambient lighting underwater probably made even fast computers of that day go extremely slow - maybe 10, 20, or 30 FPS at the most, which sucks for a fast paced game like JJ2.

It's still present. If you shoot a powerup, you can have >100 until you run over another of that type of ammo.

As for the lighting, I don't know. The fish being on a masked part isn't anything new either. And labrabkid doesn't make any sense.

I managed to get 18630 or something poweredup toasters. I forgot if it was in TSF or 1.23, but it is as easy as placing a line of toaster powerups with generator set on 1 and then constantly shooting it. When you kick/buttstomp the powerup your ammo goes back to 99 though.

Heh, I once made a level with bouncy-pups spawning, and I let my PC run while having a pencil on my space key. I had 50k ammo or so :P
As for the lighting: though there are waves, there aren't as many as in the current version I think, so maybe the lightning was possible then, and, lightning combined with more waves, it's probably the problem with what LRK said: PCs of those days.
